  Outrageously unprofessional! Remarkably antagonistic! Ultimately,point blank RUDE!!! I suggest you find another office to deal with, as this one is run by a couple of CLOWNS. Led to the Allstae office by a commercial lead "Good to go!" I asnwered all of the agents questions but one, "what are you currently paying?"when I didn't answer, he said,"goodbye", and HUNG UP???? I was appalled! I called back, got Scott on the phone, I said, "Hello Scott, I just spoke to (so n so) and he just hung up on me.?" Scott-"ok then, good bye". He hung up as well. Have you EVER in your LIFE heard of ANY business being run in this way??? And not a single person I told this event to, returned a call to me,no one of authority was interested ONE SINGLE BIT?????? How is that possible?? This story was much longer, fill with far more unprecedented rudeness and unprofessional behavior, carried out by the lead agent Scott. Take my advice, take your business to more mature, trustworthy individuals.
